At Dub Studio we take confidentiality and the security of your files very seriously. All CDs are either returned or destroyed and all files are deleted from storage once we have received confirmation that the dubs have arrived safely. If you send files with YouSendit, we recommend using our dropbox and selecting "secure transfers". If you wish to send a CD to the studio please use Recorded or Special Delivery. |

File Send FAQ
Q: Do I have to upload the files?
A: No, you can send in a CD to the address on the contact page.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Most recognised file formats are fine (wav, mp3, aif, flac, wma, etc.) but please contact us if you are in any doubt. Please note that .cda files do not carry any audio and so they cannot be used.
Q: What's the best resolution? When it comes to sample rates, the higher the better. Its normally not necessary to go above 16 bit for vinyl although you can if you want. Optimum settings are: 16bit/88.2khz.
