The ears behind the operation are stuck to the side of Henry Bainbridge's head. You can't see them in this photo because they are well covered by some comfy headphones, but they have been analysing soundwaves for Dub Studio since 2003. They have accompanied Henry throughout his life and have been the source of countless hours of listening pleasure - but they are notoriously fussy. They like nothing less than excellent quality sound, and they don't stop until they get it.

They can often be seen out and about (both in front of and behind the decks) so they have a keen appreciation for what works in a club and what doesn't. Luckily they have access to some great mastering gear, so if they hear a track needs improving they can tweak away to their heart's content.
