Can I cut tracks from YouTube/iTunes?

Not really, no. I mean, if it makes a sound we can physically cut it, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea. The sound quality might not be that great, and we don't even want to get started on the moral and legal arguments of such deplorable practices ;)
